Shipping & Handling
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your USPS label has been created, packages typically take about 3-5 business days (U.S.) or 6-10 business days (CA and AUS). Your package will ship from Los Angeles, California.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
Your shipping cost will update depending on the overall weight of your order and where you live. Shipping charges include shipping and handling, as well as any materials used to pack your order.
How are your orders packed?
I take great care in packing your orders. My art prints and (unframed) originals are secured in stay flat mailers between backing boards. Wrapping paper is shipped in kraft mailing tubes, and smaller items come in a bubble mailer.
Most orders will be shipped together, but occasionally may be shipped separately if the items do not fit in the same parcel (i.e. art prints and wrapping paper.)
Do you ship internationally?
For juliawalck.com, I currently ship throughout the United States, Australia and Canada.

I ship worldwide from a few other platforms: Etsy and East End Prints.
Where are your products manufactured?
In the US (mainly Los Angeles). I design, print and package all of my art prints myself on an Epson XP 15,000. My buttons are also produced in-house by hand on a Tecre machine. For items that I cannot produce in-house, like wrapping paper, greeting cards, and sticker sheets, I work with local printers to produce the goods that I have designed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns and refunds policy?
My return policy varies per item type. I do not accept returns on lip balm sticks, or wrapping paper. However, if you receive a damaged product and email me photos at hello@juliawalck.com within 3 days of receiving your order, I will gladly send a replacement.
All other items (unless on sale) are returnable within 3 days of receiving your order if you feel an item was grossly misrepresented and you email me to express your concern.
For returns, shipping will not be refunded if the item has already shipped. The buyer needs to pay for return shipping/delivery costs and return the item in its original condition, including all packaging.
Once your item is received, I’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
What do I do if my order was lost or stolen?
Julia Walck is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages once your order has been marked delivered via USPS. After delivery confirmation, any claim will become a matter between the Post office and customer directly.

How long does it take to process an order?
1. Standard Online Orders
- When you place an order, the first step is payment confirmation. This usually happens instantly with credit/debit cards or e-wallets. Bank transfers can take 1–2 business days.
- Next is packing and preparation for shipment. Depending on the store size and order volume, this usually takes 1–3 business days.
- Overall, standard orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
2. Special or Customized Orders
- For personalized items, made-to-order products, or electronics that require assembly, processing takes longer due to production or quality checks.
- These orders usually take 5–10 days to be ready for shipment.
3. International Orders
- Besides internal processing, international shipments go through customs clearance and other import/export procedures.
- Internal processing may be similar to standard orders, but total delivery time can range from 7–21 days or longer, depending on the destination country and shipping service.

Track Order
How can I check the status of my order?
1. Check Your Email
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
- You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- You can use that tracking number to check your order status online on the carrier's website (like USPS or UPS).
2. Log In to Your Account
- If you've created an account on juliawalck.com, log in and go to “My Orders” or “Order History”.
- You should see the current status (e.g., “Processing,” “Shipped,” “Delivered”) and sometimes the estimated delivery date.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, save your shipping details, and access Store Credit or rewards more easily.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your name, email, password, or saved addresses by logging into your account dashboard. All changes are saved immediately and used for your future orders.

How long are your workshops?
Workshops are typically 3 hours. That might sound long, but I promise you it goes by way faster than you'd think!
What's the parking like?
For workshops at my studio: There is all day street parking on the south side of Melrose on N Oxford Ave, N Serrano Ave, and Hobart Blvd. There is some all day parking available on the north side of Melrose on Hobart Blvd. near A Toda Madre. There are lots of 2 hour parking spots in the area too. Make sure to read signs! :)

What is the venue accessibility?
Please note that there is a small set of stairs to enter the building. There is no ramp access.
Is it all ages?
Ages 13+ are allowed with a guardian present.
