FAQ
Shipping & Handling
Please note that COVID-19 may cause shipping delays which are out of our control.
-
Your package will ship from Los Angeles, California. Packages are shipped via USPS, and take about 3-5 business days (U.S.) or 6-10 business days (CA and AUS) once your label has been created.
-
Your shipping cost will update depending on the overall weight of your order and where you live. Shipping charges include shipping and handling, as well as any materials used to pack your order.
-
I take great care in packing your orders. For all glassware items I use bubble wrap and packing paper to do everything I can to ensure your order arrives safely. My art prints and originals are secured in stay flat mailers between backing boards. Wrapping paper is shipped in kraft mailing tubes, and smaller items come in a bubble mailer.
Most orders will be shipped together, but occasionally may be shipped separately if the items do not fit in the same parcel (i.e. glassware and wrapping paper.)

For juliawalck.com, I currently ship throughout the United States, Australia and Canada. Don’t see your area? Send me an email at hello@juliawalck.com, and I’ll see what I can do to get you on my radar.
I ship worldwide from a few other platforms: visit my Etsy shop for art and barware. Or my Society6 or East End Prints shop for art.
Return Policy
-
My return policy varies per item type. I do not accept returns on disco ball bar coasters, stir sticks, beer koozies or wrapping paper. However, if you receive a damaged product and email me photos at hello@juliawalck.com within 3 days of receiving your order, I will gladly send a replacement.
All other items (unless on sale) are returnable within 3 days of receiving your order if you feel an item was grossly misrepresented and you email me to express your concern. For vintage items, please be sure to carefully read through the item description dropdowns prior to purchase as the condition of items varies.
For returns, shipping will not be refunded if the item has already shipped. The buyer needs to pay for return shipping/delivery costs and carefully pack the item to avoid breakage.
-
Julia Walck is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages once your order has been marked delivered via USPS. After delivery confirmation, any claim will become a matter between the Post office and customer directly.

No, sorry. Funny story here though! These stir sticks came to be because I really wanted custom heart shaped stir sticks for my wedding. I’ve been collecting stir sticks for years – I have a very colorful collection sourced from flea markets, antique stores, and late night google searches. The individuality and quirkiness of my vintage stir sticks made me yearn for something more than a basic circle top stirrer with a printed logo and no spine action. But as it turns out, minimum order quantities for custom die cut stir sticks with hot foil stamp printing on the topper and spine with a specific PANTONE color are pretty high. There was no way I could justify ordering that many “Love You Like Crazy – Julia & Jackson” stir sticks. So, I designed 4 other stir sticks with my love of barware and kitsch in mind in an effort to split my order, meet the minimum, and share my love of quirky vintage-inspired barware with the world. These came to be known as the Vodka, Gin, Whiskey and Tequila stir sticks.
