Here's the highlights:

  • Beck FINALLY announced a release date for his next album – Hyperspace comes out November 22!

  • Tame Impala dropped a surprise track this week.

  • Speaking of surprises, Chromatics’ new album came out on a Wednesday in early October. Since then, I can’t stop jamming to “You’re No Good”, especially around the 1:56 mark.

  • KCRW is a great place for new music discovery (trust me, check it), and I’m very thankful to have been introduced to Neal Francis through a KCRW newsletter and wanted to spread the word. He’s got super bluesy jams, honest stories, and retro funk-awesomeness in all of his songs. I’ve featured my favorite track of his on the November Playlist – enjoy!
